Great to meet you!

I’ve lived the messy—family chaos, mom life, identity spirals—and I’ve helped tons of folks navigate their own. This isn’t just work for me, it’s heart-level stuff.

Think of me as your quirky, theater-obsessed, fun-loving friend, ready to laugh, cry, and monologue with you through it all.

My approach to therapy

With training in theatre and drama therapy, I can get to the root of the issue quickly, even if you’re not interested in any role play. I use a blend of Client Centered Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and more to help you achieve your goals. I’m chill and very motivated for change all at the same time, plus a healthy dose of weird. Sound good?

What you can expect from me

You deserve to feel loved, by yourself and those around you. Let me help you build up your self esteem and treat yourself, your kids, your partner, really anyone you interact with, with the respect and compassion you/they deserve. In our first session we'll focus on getting to know each other so that we can build a healthy relationship, which is one of my main goals. I want you to have a model for all of your relationships -- family, friends, and more!
