Great to meet you!

Maybe you're moving through a difficult transition, healing from something painful, or simply feeling disconnected from who you are-Wherever you are in your journey, you don't have to navigate this season alone. Welcome! My name is Meghan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Throughout the last 10 years, I have adapted my approach as person-centered and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that every person carries an inner light—even through the darkest phases of life. My mission is to create a safe, compassionate, and creative space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, navigate life’s transitions, and cultivate meaningful change. Throughout my clinical career, I have worked across a variety of mental health and substance use settings including partial care, outpatient and intensive outpatient programs, methadone clinics, detox, and residential treatment. I have supported individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including personality disorders, addiction and substance use, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I believe healing is a journey we don’t have to navigate alone- one that is both collective and uniquely our own, with space to honor every phase, find our rhythm and reconnect with the light within.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in a whole-person approach—one that recognizes that our emotional, mental, physical, and relational experiences are deeply connected. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their unique story and strengths, and supporting them as they move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, connection, and wholeness. I draw from several therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I also incorporate breathwork, grounding techniques, and creative expression as outlets of support and restoration. Together, we can make space for the parts of you that may feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected, while also recognizing the strengths and resilience that have carried you this far. Through clinical therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, creativity, grounding practices, and whole-person approaches to wellness; we can honor the connection between mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, creative, and empowering, with space to honor every phase. Our first session together will be unhurried and gentle, offering you time, grace and understanding to share your story at your own pace. Whether you are moving through a difficult transition, working to understand yourself more deeply, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling disconnected from who you are, I hope to offer a space where you can feel supported as you find your way back to yourself. Like the moon and the tide, we are always changing, always becoming, and always capable of finding our way back to ourselves. There is light within every person -my hope is to help you reconnect with yours!
