Great to meet you!

Meaningful work with a counselor is done in a safe, non-judgmental space—all starting with a connection between two people.

Stepping into the space of therapy can be frightening but there is comfort in knowing that you are not alone & are worthy of feeling seen and heard.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We will use a holistic, trauma-informed practice to deepen your understanding of the self with warmth, compassion and care. I believe that emotional well-being is rooted deep within ourselves and throughout our work together, we will strive to not only empower you but give you the tools to define wellness and navigate life with authenticity. Regardless of who you are or where you're from, the power to flourish begins with you. Always.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to move through therapy in a way that is authentic and attentive to the here and now of your life. What is important to you will be important to me and we will use that to guide us towards your unique and individual goals. Through creating a warm and safe environment for you to dig deeper, you can expect to feel empowered and valued as we navigate life's ebbs and flows together.
