Great to meet you!

I believe that most people already have a deep understanding of themselves and what they need, it can just be difficult to access that understanding when we’re overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns that no longer serve us.

As a systems therapist, I look beyond the individual to understand the relationships, experiences, and environments that shape how we think, feel, and respond. I’m particularly interested in helping people understand interpersonal conflict and the patterns that develop between us, whether with a partner, family member, friend, or colleague.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I don’t believe therapy is about an expert telling you what to do or giving you all the answers. Instead, I see my role as helping you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and uncover the answers that are already within you, so that the changes you make feel authentic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll work to better understand your patterns, strengthen your relationships, navigate difficult transitions, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters to you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. You just have to be willing to get curious about yourself.
