Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and former Professional School Counselor I bring nearly two decades of experience working with individuals across various stages of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported, without judgment.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or identity exploration, our work together will focus on helping you reconnect with your inner strength and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I believe that each client is the expert of their own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore the challenges, patterns, and possibilities that shape your experience.

I use a blend of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness strategies, tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. I also incorporate elements of narrative and strengths-based therapy to help you make meaning of your story and reconnect with your inner resilience.

My sessions are warm, nonjudgmental, and practical. You can expect me to listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and help you gain insight, while also providing tools and strategies that you can apply between sessions. Together, we’ll focus not just on reducing symptoms, but on building clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Whether we’re working through anxiety, relationship struggles, identity exploration, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

You can expect to gain:

  • Insight into your patterns and how past experiences may be influencing your present.
  • Concrete coping strategies to help you manage emotions, set boundaries, and communicate more effectively.
  • Space to process without judgment, while also being gently challenged to grow.
  • Renewed confidence in your ability to make decisions aligned with your values and goals.

I aim to create a space where you not only feel safe being honest, but also feel motivated to take action toward the life you want.
