Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Sallee, a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Florida. I’m here to work alongside you through some of life’s most complex and difficult moments. I truly care about my clients’ well-being and provide evidence-based psychological services tailored to each person’s needs.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples navigating anxiety, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, trauma, depression, family conflict, relationship challenges, anger management concerns, maternal mental health, parenting stress, and major life transitions. My previous experience has included outpatient clinics, habilitation centers, medical centers, and schools, which has shaped the way I support clients across different ages, backgrounds, and circumstances. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, my goal is to create a supportive space where we can better understand what is happening and begin working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

The demands on us are endless, and I do not want time constraints or life stressors to keep you from getting help and living the life you deserve. I offer both in-person and telehealth services so therapy can fit more realistically into your life.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for PTSD, Problem-Solving Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Gottman-informed couples work. Depending on your goals, our work may focus on managing anxiety or ADHD, processing trauma, improving family communication, strengthening relationships, supporting parenting, reducing anger, or building healthier coping strategies. I believe therapy works best when we create a plan that reflects your unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can briefly discuss what you are looking for and determine whether working together feels like the right fit. During our first session, I will ask questions to better understand your concerns, your history, and what you hope will change through therapy.

Whether I am working with an individual, couple, or family, we will identify goals and develop a treatment plan designed around your needs. Every person and family is different, so every first session looks a little different too. You can expect an open-minded, energetic, and empowering space where your concerns are taken seriously. Over time, therapy can help you build coping skills, strengthen relationships, improve communication, manage difficult emotions, and move toward a healthier and more balanced life.
