Great to meet you!

I am an empathic, gentle, nerdy therapist. I accept people with an extraordinary amount of compassion, just as they are, without judgment. I have thorough training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. I provide care for many adults who have ongoing challenges such as depression and anxiety, as well as adolescents and families with a variety of other struggles, such as communication issues and stress.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in working with diverse populations, providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals from all walks of life. I believe in the power of therapy to promote healing, growth, and resilience, and am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where everyone can feel valued and supported. It's important to me that the therapy process is collaborative, and our sessions will be tailored to fit your specific needs, concerns, and goals.

What you can expect from our first session

During the course of therapy sessions, I will provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore and process your emotions. I will guide you in developing healthy coping mechanisms and may additionally teach relaxation techniques to manage stressors effectively. You'll learn practical strategies to help develop greater self-awareness, explore underlying emotional issues, and enhance your overall well-being.
