Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space where individuals from all walks of life, including those from marginalized communities, can feel supported and heard.

My approach to therapy

I tailo my therapeutic approach to each client, drawing from a variety of modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic approaches. This flexibility allows me to assist clients in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to collaborate with clients in processing trauma, resolving conflicts, strengthening relationships, addressing life stressors, and ultimately enhancing their overall well-being.

I place great importance on building strong therapeutic relationships and empowering clients to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
