I tailo my therapeutic approach to each client, drawing from a variety of modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic approaches. This flexibility allows me to assist clients in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My goal is to collaborate with clients in processing trauma, resolving conflicts, strengthening relationships, addressing life stressors, and ultimately enhancing their overall well-being.
