Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I have received my Masters degree from University of Southern California (USC). I support women who want to build their self-esteem, heal from inner child wounds, and past traumas. I help my client's break free from the limitations imposed on them by their own past or the pain of their early experiences.
I am passionate about working with women who are eager to start their healing journey, dealing with self-esteem challenges, and feeling like their past experiences or traumas are keeping them stuck in unfulfilling cycles. My client's know they deserve a life where their past doesn't hold them back, but are uncertain of where to start. I specialize in Gestalt, Humanistic and Emotionally Focused therapy.

I have experience working with client's who've dealt with childhood traumas and such as sexual abuse, and emotional abuse. I am able to best support client's understand and accept their difficult emotions.
