Great to meet you!

I offer virtual therapy for clients residing in WA state. I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief, stress management, and relationship issues. If you feel stuck in your current situation and don’t find joy in life, I can help you connect to your inner strengths and resilience and live an authentic, meaningful, and balanced life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, judgement free space to explore patterns of thoughts and behaviors that are of concern to the client. I work collaboratively with my clients utilizing a variety of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, feminist psychology, trauma informed therapy, solution focused brief treatment (SFBT), family systems, strengths-based and culturally centered therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we identify the most appropriate goals for therapy to improve your current quality of life. If you find your life lacking, therapy can help you achieve the tools you need to heal, restore your balance, and find joy. I can help you manage your symptoms in a safe environment to help you live your best life.
