Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and earned my MSW at Columbia University in 2022. I have been working with diverse students in high school and college/university since 2017. Since graduating, I have been supporting undergraduate and graduate students at a large University where I focus on issues of anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, trauma, grief, LGBTQIA+, etc. in individual and group therapy settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a collaborative process using therapeutic rapport, reflection, and understanding as the foundation for a successful partnership. I use Motivational Interviewing and a Client-Centered model to help navigate clients through a wide range of challenges through the intersection of multiple identities.

What you can expect from me

At the end of our first session, I hope you come away with a sense of feeling heard, understood, and seen. I will work with you to create short and longterm goals that align with your values and dreams and will reassess your goals in collaboration along the way.
