Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual counselor (English & Mandarin 中文) who helps stressed-out, burnt-out, wounded, and hurting individuals (12+), couples, and families to heal and overcome life challenges, whether in the emotional, psychological, physical, relational, or spiritual aspects of life. I also work with clients on various issues, such as Anger, Anxiety, Depression, & other mood issues, ADD/ADHD (teen & adult) & other neuro-diversities, Chronic Illness/Pain, Conflict, Marital issues, Work/Career challenges, Cross-cultural matters, & Spiritual issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe all aspects of a person are interconnected and impact their overall wellbeing—their biology, their emotions, their psychological and spiritual makeup, and their relationships. I hold a whole-person view and use a holistic approach in my therapy.

What you can expect from me

I'll help my new clients define their therapeutic goals--short/medium/long-term, after we come to a mutual understanding of what counseling/psychotherapy can help with their specific needs. I'll try to establish a wellbeing baseline for each new client with the information I collect from intake forms and in the first session.
