Dr. Meili Rego

Apart from having a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and being a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, I am also a multicultural-competent, client-focused certified trauma therapist, mindfulness and meditation instructor, professional certified life coach, and advocate for trauma survivors with over a decade of experience working with diverse population across lifespan in Asia and the U.S. in psychiatric hospital, community mental health centers, schools, foster homes, psychiatric residential center, and sexual abuse centers.

My clients have said I am compassionate, kind, understanding, and validating. Sometimes one of those is all it takes to elicit change. I strongly believe in human’s potential and ability to grow.
