Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York, Arizona, and Colorado with seven years of experience. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults around challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationships, and complex trauma. I provide both short and long-term therapy and currently offer telehealth services. I am accepting new clients.

My approach to therapy

I work psychodynamically, integrating relational, interpersonal, and attachment-based approaches alongside modalities such as CBT, EMDR, and other strength-based methods. Using a culturally aware, trauma-informed lens, I recognize how systems, culture, and environment can impact mental health. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel both understood and empowered. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful vehicle for healing and growth and I collaborate with clients using compassion and respect to foster meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and heard. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and begin shaping goals that feel meaningful to you. My approach is collaborative, and I see our work as a partnership, drawing on your strengths and inner resources to support your growth and the changes you want to make.
