Great to meet you!

I am licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), in the state of California. I have experience supporting clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, complex trauma, sexual abuse and assault, sex and intimacy-related issues. I support clients with navigating with life changes, transitions, burn out, overwhelm, and career and work-related challenges. I am very passionate about supporting men's and women's specific issues, and I understand the unique experiences, concerns, and nuances men and women face, and how to support you, as you navigate these dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I am creative, flexible, direct, and humorous in my approach to therapy. While topics and issues can be very challenging, they don't have to be addressed with a traditional and rigid approach. I pride myself on offering a unique and collaborative approach, using evidenced-based practices, including strengths-based, motivational interviewing, CBT, solution-focused, mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I partner with my clients to create an open, warm, and safe environment where thoughts, feelings, and needs can be shared without fear of discrimination or shame, no matter how sensitive the issue. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and joyful life, and to take the first steps towards change. I know how daunting that first step can be and I am here to support and empower you in your journey!
