Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of experience in both acute inpatient and outpatient settings. For the past four years, I have specialized in treating substance use disorders and supporting individuals with dual diagnoses of mental health and addiction challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care focuses on looking beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of the struggles my clients face. I believe in empowering people to reflect inward, find meaning in their experiences, and build healthier paths forward. While I maintain a professional and evidence-based practice, I also value being relatable, approachable, and solution-focused.

What you can expect from me

I don’t believe in reducing people to labels—struggles do not define who you are or where your life is headed. In our first session, I'd like to focus on your goals and establishing a relationship moving forward. My goal is to help clients rediscover hope, resilience, and the tools to create lasting change. Above all, I am passionate about helping people feel better, regain balance, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
