My approach to therapy

I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. I am a member of WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) and practice the Standards of Care set forth by that organization. I have 70+ hours of training specific to gender identity exploration, transgender health & transition. You have found a safe and supportive place to learn more.

I'm passionate about building resilience & helping create healthy self esteem in my clients. Exercise, nutrition, sleep & social connection are all important aspects in being a healthy individual. This includes being healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, socially & relationally.
