I work with children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA+, bipolar, mood and personality disorders, ADHD, depression & anxiety, addictions, and trauma.

With a Psychodynamic/Analytic framework, I also provide Expressive Arts therapy, when needed, 12-step recovery support for addictions and 20 years myself, actively participating in recovery. It is an honor and a privilege to provide a safe space for you to explore and achieve your hopes and dreams. Under Oath, the APA ethics and guidelines I complete continued education and further that above and beyond basic requirements.

In your first session you can get a good sense of whether or not this is the right kind of therapy for you. I welcome all people, and I find a similarity in what my patients' say they get out of it is, a life-lasting change.
