A bit about my approach to therapy

With a Psychodynamic/Analytic framework, I also provide Expressive Arts Therapy and support with 12-step recovery. At the heart of my practice, I sincerely and respectfully honor your confidentiality, time, and courage. Ethically I adhere to APA codes of conduct, I continue education, trauma-informed, cultural, and diversity, and more, as ongoing specializing in a post-graduate program for a Certificate in Modern Analysis.
