Great to meet you!

I help adults navigate mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life stressors. I strive to create a compassionate, validating space where we incorporate directness and humor to work through life's challenges together. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based modalities. I specialize in combining Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-informed), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you take actionable steps toward change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership. My goal is to work alongside you to explore the beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck, helping you build actionable skills to create a meaningful life outside of our sessions. I provide a warm, down-to-earth environment where validation, compassion, and humor are central to the healing process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and figure out what’s been going on for you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to be different, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I’ll also explain how I approach therapy and we’ll start identifying some goals and practical next steps. Most importantly, you don’t need to show up with everything figured out—or have the “perfect” explanation for why you’re here. We’ll start where you are, and I’ll meet you there with curiosity, compassion, and maybe a little humor along the way.
