Great to meet you!
I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Nurse-Midwife with decades of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most transformative and vulnerable transitions. My work spans hospitals, community health settings, specialty practices, and telehealth, providing thoughtful, comprehensive care across the lifespan—from adolescence through the menopausal years.
I specialize in reproductive and perinatal psychiatry, working with patients navigating mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions. I also provide expert care, including initial psychiatric evaluations, medication management, preconception consultations, postpartum planning, and supportive therapy.
My background as a long-practicing midwife uniquely informs my psychiatric practice, allowing for integration mental health care into pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and hormonal transitions with a deeply informed and holistic lens. Throughout my career, I have also been actively involved in clinical education and preceptorship, mentoring students and contributing to patient education.
I am deeply committed to trauma-informed, client-centered care, prioritizing collaboration, education, and respect for autonomy.
