Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Melanie Daniles. My main goal as a therapist is to help clients reach their full potential and learn to enjoy life one step at a time. My work is grounded in the values of safety, trust, and open communication, and I strive to create a space where every person feels seen, supported, and empowered.

I have been a therapist for over eight years and have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life. I hold a Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University, with a specialization in Substance Abuse and Mental Health.

I truly believe that we are all on a unique journey, and sometimes we need someone to walk alongside us—someone who can encourage us, remind us of our strength, and help us hold on to our faith as we keep moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who also integrates a variety of evidence‐based modalities, including Mindfulness practices, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. While I specialize in Substance Abuse and related disorders, I also enjoy working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, stress‐related concerns, and those seeking Christian counseling.

What you can expect from me

As a client working with me, you will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of mental well‐being and inner peace throughout your journey. Together, we will explore what is within your control, how to release what is not, and how to approach life’s challenges with openness and intention. My goal is for you to feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
