Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health counselor with over nine years of professional experience in crisis management/inpatient psychiatric treatment and outpatient care. Since earning my MS in Mental Health Counseling, I have committed to providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals facing a wide range of challenges to include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, as well as major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I believe in tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each individual, blending modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness based techniques. With a touch of humor and a deep sense of empathy, I am to make the therapeutic process both engaging and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

I prioritize creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment to help clients navigate life's complexities and achieve their personal goals. I am passionate about empowering individuals to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and foster meaningful connections. My holistic approach focuses on tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
