Great to meet you!

Welcome! I get it! I know life can be overwhelming . With everything that's going on in the world it's a struggle to even make it day by day. I am a real person who has been through real problems and I want to help you navigate life issues and transitions. I offer a safe, confidential space for you to be you. Together we will create a road map to drive you to become the best version that you want to be. Reach out with any questions and remember that your darkest hour is only 60 minutes!

My approach to therapy

I have over 20 years experience with children and adults in the educational setting. I want you to tell your story and together we create a plan to implement changes that you want to put in place. I am humorous but also direct. I believe change can only happen if you do the work. I like to assign activities and homework that is relevant and educational.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to take away assurance that you were heard, seen, and valued. You can expect the seeds of change to have been planted and the opportunity for us to design your beautiful garden of mental wellness and peace!
