Great to meet you!

I believe that life’s challenges don’t have to be faced alone. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or just the overwhelming feeling of life’s unpredictability, I’m here to help you drop that heavy emotional load. Together, we’ll take steps toward healing and growth, and by the end, you’ll be looking back and high-fiving your future self for the progress you’ve made.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn’t just about diving deep into the serious stuff—it’s a tool to help you upgrade your life. I use a blend of EMDR (for trauma), CBT (to break unhelpful thought patterns), DBT (to keep you grounded), and Person-Centered Therapy (so you can be yourself without judgment). My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make real changes. We’ll work together as a team to help you move from feeling stuck to feeling like the resilient, confident, and maybe even a little hilarious person you’ve always known you could be.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll gain more than just understanding—you’ll gain the tools to handle life’s stress, build stronger relationships, and start feeling like you’re living the life you’re meant to. Maybe you’ll walk away with a sense of hope, more confidence, and a whole new level of self-awareness. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, but about helping you discover the strength and peace that’s already within you. The goal is to turn your challenges into stepping stones, and by the end, you’ll feel empowered and ready to tackle whatever life throws your way.
