Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Public Health Education from the University of South Florida.

My approach to therapy

I strive to foster a safe space where clients can tell their story, gain insight into how their lived experience impacts them, and learn how to build on their existing strengths to live their best possible lives. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, stress, family conflict, relationship concerns, and other life experiences using a collaborative and strength-based approach, and elements of CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care without fear of judgment or discrimination. If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth, I invite you to take the first step towards positive change. Together, we can navigate life's challenges and build a life filled with purpose.
