Melanie Foutz

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have been working in the mental health field since 2020. I have provided care in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics and via telehealth. I provide psychiatric diagnostic services, medication management, and added psychotherapy to individuals aged 18 and up. I primarily treat clients experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and insomnia. I take clients in both Texas and Colorado.

I feel like the way for me to help you reach your goals is by getting to know you and developing a therapeutic relationship. My approach to mental wellness is holistic and person-centered, empowering my clients to actively participate in treatment planning to best meet their needs.

I strive to advocate for and educate all my patients. The goal is to sit down, have a conversation, and come up with a plan that we both think will help you.
