Great to meet you!

Hello, I look forward to meeting with you. My heart as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you strengthen your sense of agency and move toward growth and healing. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support, guide, and collaborate with you along the way.

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, complex trauma (C-PTSD), grief and loss, childhood trauma, interpersonal conflict, spiritual abuse, and life transitions. My work is informed by my training as an EMDR Certified therapist and my Level 2 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allows me to approach healing in a deeper, more integrative way.

My approach to therapy

I believe that one size does not fit all. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic, with a touch of humor when appropriate. I view therapy as a partnership, where we work together to support your growth and healing.

Open communication is essential in building a strong and trusting relationship. I strive to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I listen without judgment and meet you where you are.

In our work together, I may incorporate pop culture references, storytelling, visual aids, play, and humor to make sessions engaging and meaningful. I also bring my authentic self into the space, which helps foster connection and ease.

My hope is that through this approach, you feel empowered to explore your experiences and move toward the change you’re seeking.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions so we can begin building a comfortable and trusting connection. I’ll walk you through what to expect from the therapy process and review important information such as consent forms and confidentiality.

During this session, I’ll ask a variety of questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This helps me get a clearer picture of how to best support you.

You are always welcome to ask questions at any point—whether it’s about the therapy process, my approach, or anything else that feels important to you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable moving at your own pace.
