Great to meet you!

Let’s work together to address the challenges in your life. Finding a therapist that fits your needs is essential, if I am not the therapist for you, I'll help you find one who is. Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a Registered Nurse for over 15yrs. I understand the interplay between our mental and physical health, and how one effects the other.

My approach to therapy

My approach is truly collaborative, I utilize CBT, EMDR, person centered therapy, etc. I've worked in various clinical settings from psychiatric hospitals, to county jail, where I have learned, we are all individuals and there is no “one size fits all” type of therapy. We will develop a treatment plan that addresses your needs, with an approach you can relate to.

What you can expect from me

Whether it be anxiety/depression, unprocessed trauma, medical issues/illness, divorce, or chemical dependency just to name a few. Allow me to help you address the emotional challenges that may be causing you a variety of symptoms -- frustration, sadness, decreased motivation or anger -- as this is often how the issues we are struggling with surface in our lives. Helping you discover and understand the root cause of your issues is the goal to help you live a more empowered and fulfilling life.
