My approach to therapy

Melanie is dynamic in her therapeutic style using an eclectic mix of theories and strategies designed specifically for the individual’s needs and strengths. Employing a diverse repertoire of therapeutic modalities such as:Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, solution-focused therapy, behavior modification, and client-centered techniques, alongside humanistic, psychoanalytic, and psychodynamic theories.
