Great to meet you!

Everyone has the power to grow, heal and improve their life. Maybe you are feeling stuck due to symptoms of depression or anxiety or are feeling overwhelmed by being in a difficult season of life. Therapy can help you process what you have been through, better understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and build healthier ways of coping so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and in control of your life again. Having a seasoned and trusted clinician alongside you can make all the difference in moving you towards your goals. For almost 25 years, I've partnered with individuals experiencing depression, stress management, anger management, and PTSD so they can regain emotional balance, strengthen their relationships, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. Working with adolescents and adults, I strive to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, thoughts, and relationship patterns that have shaped your life while identifying the strengths you already possess and building practical strategies that support lasting healing. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you better understand yourself while creating healthier ways of responding to life's challenges both inside and outside of our sessions. My approach incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Strength Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy (TF CBFT), and Motivational Interviewing because every client deserves care that is individualized, evidence based, and focused on meaningful progress. Together, we can work through anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, narcissistic abuse, trauma, diabetes, chronic conditions, emotional regulation, grief and loss, life transitions, and PTSD, while developing practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who combines compassion with nearly two decades of experience helping people navigate life's most difficult moments. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and encouragement while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate meaningful progress, and move through challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, coping with chronic health concerns, or strengthening your relationships, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more hopeful, more resilient, and confident in your ability to move forward.
