Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical therapist who works with older teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I use a trauma-informed, bottom-up approach to healing--meaning we focus on understanding how your body stores experiences and work to build safety, emotional regulation, and resilience from the inside out.

Many of my clients enter therapy feeling disconnected from themselves or stuck in patterns that feel hard to change. In our work together, I aim to create a supportive space where you can begin to feel safe again. I integrate somatic practices, mindfulness, and attachment-based techniques to help you reconnect with your sense of self.

Whether you're dealing with complex trauma, childhood wounds, or recent stressors, I am here to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, safety, and connection. I work from a trauma-informed, bottom-up approach--meaning we pay close attention to what your body is telling you, not just what your mind is thinking. Oftentimes, our nervous system holds onto experiences long after the moment has passed, and healing requires us to gently tune into those sensations and emotions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more connected to themselves. While therapy can be challenging at times, I create a space where you can slow down, process at your own pace, and begin to feel more grounded in your body and emotions.

You will learn tools for calming your nervous system, setting boundaries, and understanding the deeper roots of your emotional responses.

Each session is a space for you to be your authentic self. We will focus on creating lasting healing not just temporary relief.
