Great to meet you!

Do you look like you’re functioning on the outside, but inside your mind feels exhausting? Worry, intrusive thoughts, or stress may be taking up more space than you want them to. I provide therapy for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and life transitions, using proven approaches to help you feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

My approach to therapy

While I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for OCD and anxiety disorders, I work with a wide range of concerns that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. These patterns can feel exhausting, but they don’t have to be permanent.

What you can expect from me

With the right tools and support, it is possible to quiet the mental noise and move forward with greater confidence. If you’d like to learn more about what treatment might look like, I invite you to reach out by phone or email. I accept the insurance plans listed below and offer sliding scale options for those who are out of network.
