Great to meet you!

Hello! *PLEASE NOTE I AM ONLY OFFERING DAYTIME SESSIONS AT THIS TIME

My name is Melanie and I am a licensed clinical social worker in practice for over 18 years. I specialize in using individualized and research based treatment approaches for people who struggle or are impacted by a variety of life's issues. I am specifically interested in holistic based approaches to therapy that include the mind body connection as well as spiritually driven exploration in treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic - based in research and spiritually driven approaches. I honor and respect the uniqueness of each person's individual circumstance that brings them to therapy. My therapeutic values focus on using a collaborative, holistic, evidence based and solution focused mindset

What you can expect from me

Clients are offered a private therapeutic space to explore areas of their life that they want to tend to .. whether you struggle with anxiety, depression or something else our work together will focus on your unique circumstance.

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
