Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I believe therapy provides a meaningful opportunity to find balance, healing, and fulfillment in life. Beginning therapy can be both empowering and challenging, and I feel honored to support my clients as they take this step toward greater self-awareness and connection.

My approach to therapy

With more than seven years of experience in the mental health field, including four years of counseling, I work with adults ages 18 to 65 in both individual and couples therapy. I help clients navigate relationship challenges, communication issues, and sexual concerns, as well as manage anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I also bring extensive experience and deep comfort working with LGBTQ+ clients, and I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space for all identities and relationship structures. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, using solution-focused and attachment-based techniques to help clients gain insight into themselves and their relationships.

What you can expect from me

Before beginning therapy, I offer a brief introductory phone call to ensure we are a good fit. In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we will clarify your goals, build trust, and create a plan that supports meaningful and lasting change.
