Great to meet you!

My journey as a social worker has been fulfilling and unique, allowing me to effectively support my clients' mental health needs. I hope to be a valuable resource for anyone ready to make positive changes in their life and seek mental health treatment. Let's work together to create a brighter, happier, and healthier future!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am comfortable and knowledgeable in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and crisis intervention application strategies in a therapeutic setting. In addition, I have extensive experience working with families, addressing parenting conflicts, and supporting children who have faced significant adverse childhood experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave therapy with more insight and awareness around the issues that brought them to treatment. I tend to hold space for the client to reflect on some of the topics in session with the hope of recognizing patterns, developing possible solutions, and gaining more understanding. This can take time, so reassuring the client and validating their experience is key to building trust and rapport with one another.
