Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical support. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, self-esteem issues, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and honest. I believe people are not broken many are simply carrying too much for too long without enough support. I help clients slow down, understand what they’re experiencing, and develop healthier ways to cope, heal, and move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to begin building connection, trust, and understanding. Clients can expect a calm, supportive environment where they can share what has been weighing on them without fear of judgment.

We will discuss your current concerns, emotional stressors, personal history, goals for therapy, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

My goal during the first session is to help clients feel comfortable, supported, and hopeful while creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for their life. Therapy is a process, and we take it one step at a time.
