Great to meet you!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to find out more about me. I am a licensed professional counselor with a mental health specialization practicing in TN. I have been involved in helping others for a majority of my career from foster care services and trauma to substance use treatment. I have been licensed for over 10 years and have worked with many populations. I believe our past experiences affect our current issues and future goals. My goal is to assist in understanding patterns and thoughts that contribute to one's lack of success and empowering YOU to be your best.

My approach to therapy

I like to take a holistic and integrative approach, understanding many physical and environmental aspects affect our well being too. I am geared to understanding patterns, using Cognitive and Behavioral techniques, Values, Mindfulness practices and meeting future goals.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, developing rapport and a relationship is key to the process. Then determining your goals and what you want to get out of therapy is crucial. We will address several factors related to your issues and the best way to meet those goals.
