Great to meet you!

My work is grounded in a deep foundation of education, Art Education from Temple, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling in graduate school, and now postgraduate, in Modern Psychoanalysis.

Since 2006, I’ve worked in community mental health and substance use treatment, as well as family systems support across Bucks County, PA, and Mercer and Burlington Counties, NJ. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through a wide range of life challenges in both urban and suburban communities.

I am licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and offer care in-person and virtually. My offices are located in Ewing, Mercer County, NJ, and Newtown, Bucks County, PA, making it easy to choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.

My approach to therapy

I bring these multiple perspectives together to offer care that is both clinically informed and creatively attuned to each person’s experience. I work with people navigating addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship concerns, occupational stress, and major life transitions—especially young adulthood. I also provide an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

What you can expect from me

Whether this is your first step into therapy or you’re seeking a new direction after prior treatment, there is a way to find lasting peace. By focusing on the interplay between your past and present, we unlock the feelings that may be holding you back, paving the way for a truly authentic and transformed life.
