If you are ready to engage in trauma-focused work, you will be supported with great care and grounded in safety while still being encouraged to engage with what's difficult. Striking this balance while nurturing your strengths and building your internal resources, we’ll harness your brain’s natural ability to rewire and heal.
I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and attachment-focused methods. These evidence-backed therapies work to calm the nervous system, untangle painful patterns, and strengthen access to your innate capacities for wisdom, connection, vitality, love, and ease.
I also offer adjunct EMDR therapy for clients who, together with their primary therapist, have determined it would be helpful to process a single traumatic event or circumscribed series of events.
