Great to meet you!

My journey as a social worker began working with individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness. Those early experiences taught me that every person—regardless of their struggles, diagnosis, or circumstances—deserves to be seen with dignity, compassion, and hope.

Over the years, I have worked with people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and issues related to self-esteem. I believe that healing is not about becoming someone different; it’s about rediscovering who you are beneath the pain, self-doubt, and experiences that have shaped your story.

My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I strive to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment while developing the tools needed to move toward the life you want to live.

I am passionate about helping people recognize their worth, develop self-compassion, and build healthier relationships—with others and with themselves. My goal is to help you gain insight, find healing, and make the most of this one precious life.

Whether you’re facing a difficult season or simply seeking personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and practical.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t need to prepare a perfect story or have everything figured out. Our first session is simply a conversation. I’ll listen to what’s going on in your life, what has helped or hurt in the past, and what you hope might be different moving forward.

I believe people are more than their struggles, so we’ll talk not only about what’s difficult but also about your strengths, values, and resilience. Together, we’ll begin identifying practical next steps and goals for our work. Most importantly, I want you to feel respected, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
