Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I support teens, adults, and couples as they navigate a range of life experiences and challenges, including anxiety, depression, acculturation and cultural identity, life transitions, grief and loss, parenting, body dysmorphia, and the effects of cultural and systemic inequalities.

I’m a firm believer in the power of a gentle nudge. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, especially when they have the right support along the way.

My approach to therapy

Drawing from psychodynamic, behavioral, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and client-centered approaches, I work alongside teens, adults, and couples helping clients navigate the challenges that can interfere with daily life and overall well-being.

My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to take agency of there life.

What you can expect from me

I believe you are the expert on your own life. Therapy, to me, is about creating a space where we can work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing and gently explore what may be getting in the way of the life you want. Rather than offering quick fixes, I’ll walk alongside you, offering perspective and support as you begin to notice patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and discover what feels right for you.
