Great to meet you!

I’m a state licensed and nationally certified counselor with more than 25 years of experience supporting women through challenging seasons of life, including stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and major transitions. I also hold a doctorate in higher education and bring a thoughtful, practical approach shaped by years of clinical work and professional leadership. My goal is to offer care that feels grounded, supportive, and responsive to what matters most in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can speak openly, better understand what you are experiencing, and begin identifying practical ways forward. I pay close attention to both emotional patterns and the everyday pressures that may be shaping your experience, helping you make sense of what is happening and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope may be different over time. I work to create a calm, welcoming environment where you do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we will identify initial goals and talk about what meaningful progress could look like for you.
