Great to meet you!

If you've ever felt like you were struggling, not just because of what's happening inside you, but because of what the world keeps putting on you? Then, you're in the right place! I work with people navigating identity, ADHD, and late neurodivergent diagnoses in a space that actually understands the full picture of what you're up against.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and rooted in Liberation Therapy, meaning our space is collaborative, safe, and recognizes the heaviness daily experiences can have on your well-being. We’ll look at the big picture together, and use appropriate therapeutic strategies to help you be who you truly want to be. Ultimately, you will learn solutions and strategies to help you feel confident and equipped to handle everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about you! It’s a space dedicated entirely to getting to know who you are and helping you start to feel completely safe. Your very first act of empowerment is choosing how we kick things off: you can dive right into telling me your story, or we can use a relaxed set of "getting to know you" questions to guide us. My ultimate goal is that you leave our first session feeling glad you came and genuinely eager to come back.
