I am charismatic and personable. I have the ability to provide a level of care that feels natural and supportive. I have learned to operate as part of various systems and developed my own practice based on my clients’ needs. I work with my clients to determine the agreed goals and how to best track movement in those areas. I work predominantly with women of color in urban city area.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am person-centered and solution-focused. Majority of my clients have sexual trauma. As a survivor myself, I have used my personal experience and expertise to develop a system for treatment. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and CBT.
