She helps clients build on their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges. Melina offers therapy in English and Spanish, both in person and via telehealth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to support, empower, and guide them as we work together to identify strengths, explore challenges, and develop practical solutions. Through a supportive partnership, I help clients build confidence, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals. Together, we’ll begin exploring your strengths, challenges, and what you hope to accomplish through therapy. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and supported from the very beginning.
