Great to meet you!

I entered into this field because I desire to help people on their journey to resolve stuck points and find who you are truly meant to be. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to be heard. Mind, Body and Soul connections are important to healing. Each person has the option as to whether to include spirituality as part of their treatment. For persons desiring to incorporate Christian principles and spiritual coping skills into your therapy experience, I am a believer and would be honored to encourage you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which uses the science of your brain and imagery to help resolve negative body sensations associated with stuck emotions and images. Let's discover if your identity includes negative messages that you have come to believe are true. For those wishing to increase Soul connections we can work to consider your value system to increase alignment with your behaviors.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients experiencing trauma related symptoms, relational difficulties and chronic pain. During initial sessions we will collaborate to determine a plan to address your concerns. Depending on the level of your needs and the intervention you choose to use will determine the time needed to experience improvement. Clients report feeling "lighter" and "free" after their sessions and this is the result of getting past wounds that are interfering with your present.
