Great to meet you!

My name is Melinda Crawford. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Masters In Counseling from Lamar University. I have worked with children and young adults for over twenty years. I have prior experience as both a school counselor, administrator, and teacher. I also have a BA in English and MA in Educational Administration.

My approach to therapy

I take a personalized approach to therapy by using solution-focused therapy. In other words, assisting the client in finding the best solution to the presenting problem during each session. In addition, I may also use cognitive-behavioral approach in therapy to assist my clients to become better at navigating the uncharted waters of this 21st century.
