Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed professional therapist and have been working with children, teenagers and families/adults since 2014. I obtained my master's in professional counseling in 2015. My counseling perspective comes from an integrative style, tailoring treatment needs with wisdom and respect.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to develop a strong, therapeutic alliance, rooted in trust, integrity and safety within a counseling relationship. I am client-focused and have extensive experience in trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, attachment/relational issues, autism, physical/emotional abuse, and self-esteem issues.

What you can expect from our first session

Let's build on your values and strengths to create realistic goals you want to achieve. I will walk alongside you to help you identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, behaviors and patterns that hinder growth and your ability to joyfully embrace life.
