Great to meet you!

Life can be a lot and I know it gets tough to deal sometimes, situations arise that everyone needs someone to talk to. Whether it's the same issues coming up over and over, or life has taken an unexpected turn, we all can use some help from time to time. If you are feeling stressed out, depressed, dealing with major life changes, or trying to figure out a substance use issue, I can help you find better ways to handle those challenges. If you're curious about EMDR, even better! We can do that too.

My approach to therapy

I would love to help you navigate your path! You will guide this journey and my approach, but I find that EMDR helps many people heal. I also use motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral approaches to help guide the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you meet yours, and I will meet you wherever you are on your path (literally and metaphorically!).
